In 2011 we raised £1.5K for Winchester Churches Nightshelter!!

Winchester Churches Nightshelter offers hope and help to the homeless. Relieving suffering caused by homelessness; providing high quality accommodation and food, a safe and caring temporary home, and specialist support to restore self-esteem and support people back into independent living and to escape the homelessness cycle for good.

WFF2011 Competitions
The Future of Film Award was presented at the Festival Launch Ceremony at the University of Winchester on Saturday 5 June. The competition was open to 14-19 year olds in the Hampshire area. The winner of this competition was Lauren Maher, from Barton Peveril College, Eastleigh for her film Lux Lucis. She awarded a weeks work at Form Films, a Winchester based production company, on one of their upcoming TV projects. She was also given with a goodie bag of prizes which included an HD video camera and also a selection of DVDs, Books from HMV. For the University award, Littichai Siriprasitpong from EICAR in Paris won with his film 'Little Eyes'. Littichai was given part funding on his next film project.
