WFF 2010

The idea of the Festival is to screen great films in appropriate (and often unusual) locations in and around Winchester, providing you with an immersive and unique viewing experience through which you can re-discover these classic films or perhaps even catch them for the first time - if you have seen the film before, you will never have seen it like this!

Each year, the Winchester Film Festival works in partnership with a local charity. This year, We are delighted that all the proceeds from the 2012 Winchester Film Festival will be donated to the Friends of the Family, so you can experience a unique cinematic event while also raising funds for a very worthy cause.

Friends of the Family is a charity for vulnerable families and their children who live in the Winchester district. It is managed by Trustees and run by professional staff and volunteers. It is a small, friendly organisation which was established in 1993, and is based at the Quaker Meeting House in the centre of Winchester.
